medieval fair this weekend. seriously, when you think "medieval" do you really think "belly dancer"? no, you don't. "knights"? yes, "jousting"?, yes, "rampant disease and uncleanliness"?, yes. so they are calling us "gypsies". whatever. it's all putting me in uncomfortable proximity with cape wearers. no offense, i have some really good friends who are cape wearers. i've just never pictured myself that way, you know. in a cape. unless i was starring in phantom of the opera. which i assure you, i'm not.
