hey ya'll. well, i'm back at work this morning. know what that means? yep, that means i may actually have some time to update once in awhile. yes, this is what i do at work. your tax dollars, folks. anyway, i am only back part time and dad is home with the wee one so don't start thinking i'm neglecting my motherly responsibilities already. give me another few weeks before i start that. ;) anyway, i'm trying to be a normal person and not think about her every second of the day ... but it's not working. no sir, not at all. boy, having a kid really really makes you understand what planet your own mom has been living on all these years. it's frightening, really. so, that's all for now. oh, except that my hilarious doctor friend, we'll call him c. walby, said something really funny today that i have to share. we were talking about this chick from our shared past and he said, 'i wouldn't have sex with her on a dare.' it's mean, but damn funny, you must admit.
