anyway, that's not the exciting news i spoke of earlier. i have made valiant attempts to contact pretty much everyone i know and tell them this news personally ... but a) i keep remembering people i forgot, and b) i'm way over my minutes on my cell phone and don't want to wait another ten days to break the news here. so, i apologize up front if any friend finds this out in this medium. you can call if you want to gripe me out cause i'm outta minutes.

get to it already, i swear! okay, here's the deal. i'm pregnant. yup. that's right. knocked up, preggo, with child, in a family way. that's me. me and the hubby are quite excited as i'm sure you can imagine. well, he's 100% excited, and i'm about 85% excited and 15% queasy. actually, that's mostly passed at this point. now i'm just dizzy. whoo-hoo! i used to have to pay for this kinda buzz. just kidding of course. ANYway, we are due in mid-november, so you may have to put up with a whole lotta pregnancy talk until then. i'm looking forward to totally grossing you out with the gory details of the whole process. i expect my hits to go waaaay down in the near future. :)

(when we saw this on the ultrasound, i leaned over to my hubby and said, 'aw, look honey, the baby has your head!'
