crappy weather, weak and nasty, juevos rancheros
alright. i try to be positive. and typically i enjoy each season of oklahoma weather. but this winter is starting to get on my nerves. it hasn't snowed for shit. it's just been cold and grey and icky. i mean, at least snow is pretty and we can go out and play in it and sometimes it causes my boss to call me and tell me to stay home. but this windy grey crap is killing me.

and isn't it sad that this is all i can find to write about this morning? i just don't think my brain is awake yet today. even tho i sneaked in early and put double the usual amount of coffee in the coffee pot. yes, our facility is victim to the common scourge of office coffee: weak and nasty.

for some reason that phrase, 'weak and nasty' made me think of this public musical battle between britney and justin. it totally cracks my ass up. i mean, seriously, what could be funnier? but honestly, i'm dying to know the secret she has on him. how sad is that.

and speaking of music ... my friend scott's band, centro-matic, played in norman last week. hi scott! sorry i didn't make out to the show. even tho it was an 'all-ages show', i just didn't think that 'all-ages' really meant that 10-week old babies were also welcome (she's almost twelve weeks now. i can't believe it). i coulda been wrong. anyhoo, you like ryan adams? well, guess what? apparently he was hanging out in okc last week. he was spotted eating juevos rancheros as chillenos! dude. then the bastard went to OPEN-FREAKING-MIC NIGHT at tapwerks and played an impromtu five-song set. bastard!!!!
